This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of all services, systems, infrastructure, and platforms provided by Wicked Web Wizard.

1. Lawful and Responsible Use

Clients may only use services for lawful purposes in accordance with South African law and applicable international regulations.

2. Prohibited Content

Clients may not host, transmit, or distribute content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, obscene, defamatory, or abusive
• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Promotes fraud, deception, or illegal activity
• Harms or exploits minors in any manner

3. Prohibited Activities

Clients may not engage in activities including, but not limited to:

• Hacking, scanning, or attempting unauthorised access
• Denial-of-service or resource exhaustion attacks
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Operating insecure systems that threaten network stability

4. Email and Spam Abuse

The sending of unsolicited bulk email (“spam”) is strictly prohibited. Clients are responsible for securing email systems and preventing abuse.

5. Resource Abuse

Excessive use of bandwidth, CPU, memory, or storage that negatively affects service performance or other users is prohibited.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

Wicked Web Wizard reserves the right to monitor systems for abuse, investigate violations, suspend services, recover costs, and report unlawful activity to authorities.

7. Breach and Consequences

Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of services, without refund, and recovery of all costs incurred.

8. Amendments

This AUP may be amended at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
